Our 14+6+6 Warranty Promise
At Badili, we stand behind the quality of every certified refurbished device we sell. Every smartphone purchased from Badili.ae comes with our exclusive 14+6+6 Warranty Program, providing up to 12 months of protection.
Warranty Structure
1. 14-Day Return & Refund Guarantee
Customers may return their device within 14 calendar days from the delivery date if:
- The device has a verified functional defect.
- The device is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- All accessories, packaging, and included items are returned.
Following inspection and approval, a full refund or replacement will be processed.
2. First 6 Months Comprehensive Warranty
From Day 15 to Month 6 after purchase:
- Badili will repair eligible hardware faults free of charge.
- Both spare parts and labour costs will be covered by Badili.
- Repair or replacement decisions will be made after device inspection.
3. Next 6 Months Extended Warranty
From Month 7 to Month 12 after purchase:
- Badili will continue to provide repair services for covered faults.
- Labour and repair service charges will be covered by Badili.
- Any replacement parts required during repair will be charged to the customer.
What Is Covered?
The warranty covers:
- Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse
- Manufacturer-related defects
- Faulty charging systems
- Speaker or microphone issues
- Camera hardware faults
- Network or connectivity issues caused by hardware defects
- Power-related failures
What Is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Cracked screens
- Broken glass backs
- Liquid or water damage
- Moisture-related issues
- Physical abuse or mishandling
- Damage caused by drops or impact
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Software corruption caused by third-party applications
- Loss or theft
- Normal cosmetic wear and tear
- Consumable accessories
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:

- 2. Provide your order number and device details.
- 3. Describe the issue.
- 4. Our team will guide you through the inspection and repair process.
