Return & Refund Policy

At Badili, customer satisfaction is our priority.

14-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:

  • The device has a functional defect.
  • The product received differs significantly from the order placed.
  • The device cannot be repaired within a reasonable period.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Device must be returned in the same condition received.
  • Original packaging must be included where available.
  • All accessories must be returned.
  • Device must not show signs of accidental damage.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Devices damaged after delivery.
  • Water-damaged devices.
  • Devices repaired by unauthorized service centers.
  • Devices with removed serial numbers or tampered IMEI numbers.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned device:

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
