At Badili, customer satisfaction is our priority.
14-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted if:
- The device has a functional defect.
- The product received differs significantly from the order placed.
- The device cannot be repaired within a reasonable period.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Device must be returned in the same condition received.
- Original packaging must be included where available.
- All accessories must be returned.
- Device must not show signs of accidental damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Devices damaged after delivery.
- Water-damaged devices.
- Devices repaired by unauthorized service centers.
- Devices with removed serial numbers or tampered IMEI numbers.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned device:
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
