Trade-In Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Customers trading in devices must:

• Be the legal owner of the device.
• Ensure the device is not stolen, blacklisted, or financed.
• Remove all personal accounts and data before submission.

Device Valuation

Trade-in values provided online are estimates only.

Final valuation will be determined after physical inspection.

Revised Offers

Badili reserves the right to revise a trade-in offer if:

• Device condition differs from the declared condition.
• Hidden faults are discovered.
• Accessories are missing.

Data Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for backing up and removing their personal data before handing over a device.

Badili is not responsible for any data remaining on traded devices.

Ownership Transfer

Once the customer accepts the final offer and payment is completed, ownership of the device transfers to Badili.
